Hey! I’m Kathleen Gonzalez
I’ve always believed that even the wildest dreams are within reach—and that mindset fuels everything I create. For me, creativity is about courage: taking risks, pushing boundaries, and staying true to your vision while bringing fresh ideas to life.
Growing up in Los Angeles, surrounded by endless imagination and ambition, I was inspired by my dad’s work as a Walt Disney Imagineer. His stories showed me how creativity can shape the world, sparking my passion for storytelling and brand strategy. From then on, I knew I wanted to craft narratives that move people and make brands unforgettable.
Now, as an Influencer Creative Producer, I bring that same imagination into every project I take on. I develop and produce creative content for sponsored campaigns, social media channels, and live events—overseeing everything from concept development to filming, editing, and post-production. My work focuses on creating engaging, story-driven visuals that not only align with brand goals but also connect authentically with audiences.
Before that, I built a foundation in brand management and leadership as a Key Lead and Brand Representative at Hollister Co., where I managed daily operations, mentored team members, and implemented sales and merchandising strategies that elevated both performance and customer experience.
Earlier in my career, I honed my digital marketing skills as a Social Media Strategist for Booty Barre and a Social Media & Event Intern with Modern Day Wife, where I learned the power of combining social strategy with community engagement. From analyzing post-performance to organizing events and crafting online campaigns, I developed a strong understanding of how creative storytelling drives connection and results.
Outside of work, I’m always chasing new experiences—whether that’s traveling to new places (yes, all seven continents are on my list), learning languages, or diving into creative projects that challenge me to think differently. Every adventure, big or small, pushes me to grow and bring new energy to my craft.
Looking ahead, I’m driven by big dreams: producing a global campaign for Formula 1, crafting a Super Bowl ad that sparks conversation, and one day earning a Cannes Lion for a campaign that changes how people think.
When I’m not brainstorming the next big idea, you’ll find me with friends and family, planning my next trip, or singing along to my favorite playlist on a long drive—because inspiration often finds you when you least expect it.
